Sajad Rostami

Power Electronics Engineer

  1. I have recently completed my master's degree in electrical engineering at kermanshah university of technology. During this period, I worked on several research studies related to power electronics and their application in renewable energies.
  2. My major research interests include high quality and Z-source based converters/inverters, high step-up and multi port DC-DC converters for renewable energy technologies and applications, small signal modeling of power converters and digital implementation of modulation and control schemes. Currently, I am working on multi input DC-DC converters for PV/FC/Battery systems.
  3.  3 years of research, teaching and hands-on experience in the design, analysis and hardware implementation of variety of switch-mode power converters, including dc-dc converters, rectifiers and inverters.
  4.  8 technical publications including 5 journal papers, 2 conference papers and 1 book, related to power electronics and electrical machines.
  5.  Modeling and simulation experiences with various dc-dc, ac-dc, dc-ac power converters and related control algorithms
